Today at the Met

I had a little break this morning, so I headed to the Metropolitan Museum. I can wander forever there and still find new treasures and views. Here are some selections from the visit this morning.

Lovely parabolic of stainless steel tiles

Detail from a Gustave Moureau

The Cloud scupture on the roof - waiting time was 2 hours, so I didn't climb around

These Columns in the the American Wing are georgeous

Is that a Mermaid floating through the Manhattan Sky or
a wonderful reflection in the Bergdorf-Goodman Window?
